RVOStudio ("we", "us", "our") is a small independent shop selling digital downloads and print-on-demand products through our Etsy storefront. We take your privacy seriously and keep our data practices simple. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

If you sign up for a free printable or our email updates on this website, we collect the email address you enter (and, to prevent abuse, the time of signup and your IP address). We only do this when you tick the consent box — that consent is our lawful basis.
We use order information for one purpose only: to fulfil, deliver, and support your order. We use an email address you give us to send you the free download you requested and occasional ADHD-friendly tips and product updates. Every email includes an easy way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
Knowing whether an email was opened. Our emails contain a single, invisible 1×1 image. When your email app loads it, we learn that the message was opened, roughly when, and nothing else. We use this only to see whether our emails are worth sending — if nobody opens them, we stop. We do not track which links you click, and we do not build a profile of you. Most email apps let you turn this off by blocking remote images, and Apple Mail hides it by default; blocking it has no effect on anything you receive from us.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (for example which pages are read). This may set cookies and process a shortened form of your IP address. We use it only to improve the site — never to identify you personally. You can block it with your browser settings or a tracking-blocker, or via Google's opt-out tools.
We also use the Pinterest Tag on our quiz and free-printable pages. We advertise on Pinterest, and the tag tells us — in aggregate — whether an advert actually led to someone joining our email list, so we do not keep paying for adverts that do not work. It may set cookies and share your visit with Pinterest. We do not send Pinterest your email address or any other detail you type in. You can block it with your browser settings or a tracking-blocker, and you can control ad personalisation in your Pinterest account settings.

We promote our own products on platforms such as Pinterest by sharing images of our listings. This does not involve collecting or using any personal information about you.
We run our own YouTube channel and use YouTube API Services to manage it. By using any of our features that connect to YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and any data accessed through those services is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
We use the YouTube API only to operate our own single channel: to upload our own original videos, and to read our own channel's public statistics (such as view, like, and comment counts) for display on a private, owner-only internal dashboard. We do not collect, store, or process the personal YouTube data of any other users, and we do not sell or share any YouTube data with third parties.
Data storage & deletion: the only YouTube data we access is our own channel's public statistics. It is stored temporarily on our own server, refreshed regularly (overwriting the previous copy), and kept no longer than needed to show our dashboard. We retain no historical YouTube user data. You can revoke our application's access to your Google account at any time through the Google security settings page, and you can ask us to delete any data we hold by emailing us at hello@rvostudio.co.uk.
We use the Pinterest API to publish our own product images (Pins) to our own Pinterest business account as part of our marketing. RVOStudio and this website are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Pinterest.
We use the Pinterest API only to operate our own single Pinterest account — to create and publish our own original Pins that link to our products. We do not collect, store, or process the personal Pinterest data of any other users.
Data handling, disconnection & deletion: the only Pinterest-derived data we hold is what is needed to publish to our own account (such as our account's access token and the IDs of the Pins we have created). If our account is disconnected — or if you ask us to — we delete this Pinterest-derived data from our server. We do not resell, share, or redistribute Pinterest content or any Pinterest-derived data to any third party. You can revoke our application's access at any time in your Pinterest account settings, and you can ask us to delete any data we hold by emailing hello@rvostudio.co.uk.
