Calm Breathing
When your head's racing or the overwhelm spikes, follow the circle. In for four, hold, out for four, hold. Your nervous system can't stay in panic while your breath slows down.
Breathe along for a few rounds — no pressure to be perfect.
Calmer — now let's find what actually helps
The 60-second quiz names the pattern behind the overwhelm and gives you the one free tool made for it.
What Calm Breathing is for
When you're overloaded, thinking your way calm rarely works — the body is running ahead of the reasoning. Slowing the breath is a physical route back, and it takes about a minute.
When to use it
- You're overwhelmed and can't think straight
- You're wound up before something stressful
- You've just come out of a hyperfocus crash
How it works
Follow the circle: in as it grows, hold, out as it shrinks. Nothing to read or decide — just match the shape. This is a self-regulation tool, not medical treatment.
Free, works in your browser, nothing to install and no account needed. These are organising tools, not medical advice.
