Power Hour
One session, broken into brain-friendly chunks: focus, then a real break, then again. You never have to keep going forever — just until the next break. Say what you're on and press start.
Sprints working? Or is starting the wall?

What the Power Hour is for
Body doubling — working alongside someone, even silently — helps a lot of ADHD people start and stay with a task. This is a structured session you can run on your own when nobody's around.
When to use it
- You focus better with company but you're by yourself
- You've got a chunk of time and no structure for it
- You want real breaks instead of drifting off mid-task
How it works
The session alternates focus rounds with genuine breaks, and tells you which one you're in. The structure is the point: you're not deciding when to stop, so you don't have to negotiate with yourself.
