Task Roulette
Can't choose, so nothing gets done? Pick a zone, let the wheel choose ONE tiny 5-minute job, and race the timer. When it dings, you're done — win or not. Then bank the win.
Where are we aiming?
Works when it's random — what about the rest?
The 60-second quiz names the pattern that keeps you stuck and gives you the free tool made for it.
What Task Roulette is for
When everything on the list is equally boring, choosing is its own barrier. Randomising the choice and racing a short clock turns it into a game — and games are far easier for an ADHD brain to start.
When to use it
- Loads of small jobs and no idea which to do
- The list is boring rather than hard
- You need momentum more than you need the perfect order
How it works
Pick a zone, spin, and race the countdown on whatever comes up. Finishing isn't the point — starting is, and momentum usually carries into the next one.
