Waiting Mode
Stuck waiting — appointment, queue, someone running late — and your understimulated brain is climbing the walls? Tap the button for one small thing to do with the gap.
Tap below and I'll give you something to do.
No wrong answers. If one doesn't fit, just tap again.
Do the in-between hours always vanish?
That's one of five patterns. Seven quick taps says which is yours — plus the free tool built for it.
What Waiting Mode is for
One appointment later on can quietly eat a whole day. Knowing something is coming makes starting anything else feel pointless — a specific, recognisable ADHD experience, and you can get some of those hours back.
When to use it
- You have one thing later and can't settle before it
- You keep checking the clock instead of doing anything
- You've written off an afternoon over a 20-minute errand
How it works
Say how long you've got and get one micro-task that genuinely fits it — small enough to finish, so you're not starting something you'll have to abandon.
Free, works in your browser, nothing to install and no account needed. These are organising tools, not medical advice.
